Any Tribe/Nation or business desiring to become a member of NALA shall submit in writing, a Tribal resolution or equivalent authority, committing itself to the purposes and policies of NALA’s best practices and bay-laws.
For the purposes of membership dues, there are four categories of membership:
- Member Tribe/Nation – Lending: A Sovereign Nation actively engaged in on-line lending.
- Executive Associate Member: A board eligible member involved with Member Tribe/Nation in lending.
- Associate Member: A non-board eligible member. A Sovereign Nation or business.
All applicants will remain confidential and require approval by NALA’s Board of Directors. Dues for Member Tribes/Nations actively engaged in lending will be determined by portfolio size.
